The Pop in Your Job – What drives you? Why do you love your topic?
I have been lucky enough, as a software engineer at Delphi (Aptiv), then a product manager at AEye, to work on cutting edge technology that saves lives. That’s what drives me every day: the opportunity to do what I love, working to solve complex technical issues and to advance system-level safety, while creating a lasting societal impact. The AV perception systems AEye and our Tier 1 partners are bringing to market will enhance safety and improve the quality of life for a lot of people - including the disabled and elderly - and that brings me a great deal of satisfaction.
